For my first trip to Alaska I chose to do a vessel based black bear hunt. My trip with Captain Aaron Mahoney was undoubtedly one of my best outdoor adventures. Alaska is an outdoorsman’s paradise and Captain Aaron has everything dialed in. From the accommodations on the boat to the meals served everything was seamless. The hunting and fishing were top notch. I was very impressed with Captain Aaron and his willingness to find fish and bears. It was evident that Captain Aaron’s goal was not only for everyone to be successful but also to keep everyone safe. At no time during the trip did I feel safety was a concern. Captain Aaron was very professional but also approachable. I would highly recommend booking any adventure with Captain Aaron.
